My New Brushes

This piece is a simple logo, but I experimented with the different techniques available to me in Photoshop and I learned a lot

The Base of the helmet is created using the clipping mask technique, I used the texture "Ancient Gold" found on google images. I used this same technique for the words "Smarticus"

I downloaded Dave Rapoza's brushes available on his Gumroad. I used them to shade the gold so it looked like it was in the form of the helmet. The red part coming out of the Spartan helmet was solely the brushes.

I learned how to curve text to create any shape I want using the line tool.
